I won't pay for extra upload speed when it is something that I should already be receiving with my current payment.

I don't pay for extra here... but like I said, it does me little good when i'm lagged to hell 90% of the time due; i'm being throttle by myself and my cheap ass saving for a wedding

Perhaps you should replace some of the vacuum tubes in your computer Sal. After 60 years they are bound to be due for a change out.

I haven't used this program just happened to see the article. The link is at the bottom of the article. Being able to see what is actually using your bandwidth might be handy.
