This doesn't make any sense. You didn't like the 9 pieces of raid gear you got this month after not raiding for nearly 4 years? Smells fishy to me.

Quite a few of us spent a lot of hours to help him get Keys, Missions and augs. I made him a full set of ROS augs. He got a nice set of raid loots that could have gone to Apps, or other mains. I am just disappointed in him. Good luck to him. People have to enjoy the game.
I like the challenges. Find a better tank to replace him? Sure ... Challenge accepted!

Nah, I already got 2 new tanks that are not needing any help and are probably better at playing the class. He lefous no choice but to replace him twice over.
