Trying to get the spell parser from Raidloot.com working. I downloaded the standalone parser since I want to look at spells in Beta and when I run the parser I get "spells_us.txt not found. Use the download button or copy the file into c:\windows\system32.
If I click the download button, I get an unhandled exception error stating that access to c:\windows\system32\manifest.dat is denied. If I copy the spells_us.txt file over to c:\windows\system.32, it still doesn't find it.
The github website mentions needing to have Framework 3.5 installed. I am running Windows 10 and 3.5 is enabled, but when I try to download it, nothing happens. There are some workarounds that all seem to involve the Windows 10 installation cd which I don't have. I downloaded it way back when they were upgrading everyone for free.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them (other than getting rid of Windows 10 =P).

Re: Spell Parser
You should simply just need to place the winparser.exe into the root of your Beta install directory.
When you start Winparser a dialog should show prompting you to choose a file. Just click the spells_us.txt that's shown and you should be gtg.
