I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day!(click Sig For Magelo)

Storm it is acutaly very easy. I would say the hardest part is installing the heatsink and fan on the cpu. The rest is just plugging in some wires, and turning some screws. Do some quick google searches on building your own pc. You might find after some reading, you can tackle the job on your own. Plus there are many people on here that could walk you thru it on TS.

Cool, although I think I'm still going to have Spartin build me one. I'd rather pay him and have it done correctly than me do it and having it blow up in my face lol!

I will say after shopping around and looking at what components are and chatting with Spartin and others it seems WAY cheaper to build your own system (or even have someone build it) vs buying a prebuilt if you compare spec to spec and what you get for the money. I just can't believe the INSANE mark ups computer companies seem to be charging.

It is much cheaper. And you get a better machine.

Since 2007 I've built around 20-25 PCs for family/friends/myself and everyone was always much happier at the cost and what they got from that cost too.
