Building 1 to 2 new PCs - need advice fast

Need opinions really quick, must purchase by next Tuesday to count against 2013.
(1) what is the best bang for the buck from the below list - between the bundles vs. single purchases, buy the MOBO separately? Also whether 10cache is more worth it or get the 6core version?
(2) assuming the best bang for the buck combo, what else do I need to purchase (MOBO, memory) that will be compatible with it?
This is what I can get that is still in stock and the prices. I left out the recent generation SSDs as even with the discount I still think it's too expensive!
