having trouble with the game still=/

okies needing some help please,i signed in the game this morning and besides a little lag it worked fine,now when i try signing in i'm fine til i get to the character selection screen,it will blow up before it loads and getting just a generic "has encountered an error needs to close message"i'm redownloading the whole game from scratch now but have the feeling thats not gonna fix it,any ideas?
adding just that before i logged his morning,when i tried going into the housing area the game blew up and i got the same message.
