Login difficulties

Hi guys, had some trouble getting online tonight with network errors over and over.

I tried doing the following and was able to log on:

open a command prompt window (start menu, type cmd in the "search programs and files" dialogue box)

type ipconfig /release and hit return

wait for text

type ipconfig /renew and hit return

Then my next attempt allowed me to get on. YMMV, but worth a shot. Good luck!
